Job summary

Home Instead is hiring care professionals to help older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a $2.00/hour weekend premium and a potential $1/hour increase after 90 days.

Scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and weekends, with next-day pay available. We welcome Experienced Caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (3+ years ideal)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing personal care

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Care documentation and communication with the care team
