Job summary

ComForCare of the Cape and South Coast is seeking caring individuals to join our team as home caregivers. You will work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, helping with daily activities and personal care while building meaningful relationships.

We value a compassionate spirit, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to be vaccinated for COVID-19. Training is provided and a flexible schedule helps you balance life and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to show compassion and empathy toward clients and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
