Independent Home Health is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for individuals in their homes across Selinsgrove and surrounding communities. You will build relationships, help clients stay safe and independent, and enjoy meaningful work with flexible scheduling.

No professional caregiving experience is required; if you are dependable, patient and enjoy helping others, we’d love to talk with you about opportunities with our local team.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to complete required background checks
• Be dependable, caring and patient

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide
