Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide safety, comfort, and companionship to elderly adults and others who need support. The role focuses on building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with clients in their homes.

You will help with daily activities, transportation, personal care, and light housekeeping, aiming to enrich clients' daily lives and promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (swab test).
• A Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance.
• A minimum of year of verifiable caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship.
• Prepare snacks and meals.
• Encourage and assist with light exercise.
• Help with basic housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments or social activities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
