Qualifications

• Experience in home community care or similar settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document patient health status and report changes.
