Delta Homecare in Tennessee is seeking compassionate caretakers to provide quality in-home support for clients in need of daily living assistance, helping them maintain independence and comfort at home.

As a Caretaker, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and follow care plans, while communicating with families and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Providing support with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating when needed.
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assisting with laundry, changing linens, and routine household tasks.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Encouraging clients to remain active, engaged, and as independent as possible.
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan and agency guidelines.
• Monitoring clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns to supervisors.
• Following individualized care plans and service instructions.
• Accurately completing required notes and documentation.
• Protecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Following company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
