Qualifications

• Experience with dementia care is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service with a patient demeanor.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in community activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support with medication reminders as needed.
