- Experience in caregiving is beneficial, especially with dementia.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections.
- Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.
- Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.
