Job summary
HomeWell Care Services of NWI is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a team dedicated to enhancing seniors’ lives at home. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering non-medical services and building meaningful relationships to support aging in place with empathy and integrity.
We offer full- or part-time options, flexible schedules, and pathways for fast-track hiring. Training, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement are provided to help you grow within a nationwide caregiver
Qualifications
- No healthcare certification is required; CNA/HHA or 6 months+ caregiving experience preferred.
- Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care is a plus.
- TB test (negative) required by Indiana state regulations.
- Must be physically able to lift/push/pull ~25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Social companionship and emotional support for clients.
- Assist with daily living activities: feeding, reminders for medications, bathing/dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands and social activities.
- Standby assistance with transfers.
- Overnight safety supervision as needed.
