You will be a compassionate, hardworking individual committed to improving residents' quality of life through attentive, loving care and adherence to our H.O.M.E. care values.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Willing to complete a background check.
• Certification for CPR/First Aid preferred/required.
• Certification for Food Handler preferred/required.
• State-Specific Caregiver Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the H.O.M.E. care values in interactions with residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Majestic Residences policies.
• Provide the highest quality care and services to residents.
