Qualifications

• Must be dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a GED.
• Must have a driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Caregiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-medical daily chores, meals, transportation, and daily living activities per care plan.
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety and well‑being.
• Support with tasks and communicate with the care team for coordinated care.
