Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers in Harrison, Michigan to provide non-medical in-home care and assist with daily living activities. You will help with meals, transport, grooming, and mobility while following each client’s care plan with ongoing training and support.

Benefits include a caregiver app, competitive pay starting at $15.00/hour, sign-on bonuses up to $250 and training bonuses up to $150, plus paid time off and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a GED.
• Must have a driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-medical daily chores, meals, transportation and activities of daily living.
• Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transfers according to the care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the administrative team for client satisfaction.
