Job summary

Abcor Home Health is hiring caring professionals to assist clients with daily living activities in a supportive homecare setting. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal prep and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and following care plans.

You’ll drive to appointments and document daily tasks using our care app. The role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, plus a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and complete 24 hours of pre-service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Willing to pass criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Need two references and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Access to reliable car or public transportation.
• Pre-service training (24 hours) completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and outings.
• Deliver personalized care per the individualized plan.
• Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Complete visits and document tasks in the home care app.
• Provide receipts and documentation for errands.
• Attend in-service training and quarterly branch meetings.
