Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home and facility care in Northwest Arkansas. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping while ensuring client comfort and safety.

A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required. The role includes flexible PRN scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and access to education assistance up to $2,500 annually, plus paid time

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sit with clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and ADLs.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support recreational activities and documentation of care.
• Provide medication reminders where appropriate.
