Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to support individuals and families in Sonoma and surrounding communities.

We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, opportunities to work close to home, supportive office staff and ongoing guidance, as well as training and professional development to grow in your role.

Qualifications

• A caring, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs and IADLs to support safety, comfort, and independence at home.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Offer reminders and assistance to help clients maintain independence.
• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments.
