Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in Florida is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide daily living assistance and companionship to clients at home. You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation while following care plans and maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong compassion and empathy for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light housekeeping; valid driver's license if applicable.
• Pass background check.
• CNA License (Florida) or HHA Certificate; Medication administration certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and tidying.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior; ensure a safe home environment.
