HomeWell Care Services AR174 seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in the Sherwood, AR area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and development, with weekly pay and a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have prior long-term care experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. VISA sponsorship is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state) and a drug screen.
• This role is safety-sensitive and subject to state and federal regulations.
• We are not offering Visa Sponsorships at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving and supportive services to clients.
• Support activities of daily living as needed and reported to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and document client progress and concerns.
