Qualifications

• 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state) and a drug screen.
• Role is safety-sensitive and subject to applicable regulations.
