Job summary

Right at Home Deland, FL has immediate openings for Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs in the Ormond Beach area. Join a leading home care company with over 25 years of experience to improve quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities.

We offer PPE, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for leadership. This is a part-time role (~30 hours/week) with weekly pay and travel time reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care and supportive companionship activities.
