Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home, non-medical care in the St. Paul, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, and Inver Grove area. You will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders, helping them stay comfortable at home.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and excellent communication with families and colleagues. We offer competitive pay ($20–$30/hour), direct deposit every week, paid orientation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle to reach clients' residences.
• Must pass a state background check and TB test.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and assist with daily activities.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care including personal care and medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and daily living activities.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Be punctual and reliably attend scheduled shifts.
• Uphold compassionate, honest, and dependable conduct.
