Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and document care activities for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

Empathy and warm, caring demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow documented care plans.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship.
Follow care plans and complete detailed documentation of care provided.
Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping and meal preparation.
Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance.
Maintain professional communication with clients, family, caregivers and SYNERGY staff.
