Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home in Washington. The role includes assisting with daily living, light housework, meal prep, personal care, and companionship.

You may drive clients using your own vehicle, with required licensing and background checks, and training is provided. We offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your availability, with paid orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift 10–50 lb rarely
• Own a smartphone and use a mobile app
• Must transport clients in own vehicle
• Clear state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record
• Able to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training
• Flexible schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Perform household chores and light meal prep
• Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to store or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Learn and use Hoyer lifts and gait belts as needed
