Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team in The Dalles, OR, serving Hood River, The Dalles, Wasco and surrounding areas. We will train all levels of care experience and match you with clients based on availability and preferences.

Caregivers are offered flexible scheduling, consistent hours and pay, 24/7 caregiver support, hands-on training, client matching, paid travel time, orientation & training, a generous referral program, and continuing education

Qualifications

• 18 years+.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• WA or OR driver’s license and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (household chores, meals, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients in a reliable vehicle as needed and accompany them to appointments.
• Monitor and report on clients’ condition and needs.
• Support caregivers with flexible scheduling and responsive team communication
