Golden Quality Care LLC is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Homemaking and Individualized Home Supports (IHS) in the Ramsey County and St. Paul Area. Training will be provided for the right candidates, with a compassionate, dependable approach essential to success.

Responsibilities include homemaking, meal prep, supporting client participation, and completing required documentation. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with homemaking tasks and meal preparation.
• Support community participation and independence.
• Assist with shopping, errands and community activities.
• Complete required documentation as per agency policy.
• Follow client support plans and agency policies.
