LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company in Illinois seeks compassionate aides to provide in-home care. No experience or certification necessary; training is provided.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time hours and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, plus holiday premium pay, with strong support from a 24/7 management team. You'll provide companionship, personal care and medication reminders, light housework, meal prep, and accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• A warm heart and gentle touch!
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Responsibilities

• Companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.
