LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company seeks caring aides to support clients in Arlington Heights and surrounding areas. No experience or certification is required as our training equips you with the skills to succeed.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, with starting pay at 16.50 per hour plus holiday premium pay. You’ll receive excellent training from day one and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• A warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Responsibilities

• Companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.
