Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere seeks compassionate caregiver to provide non-medical home care in clients' homes, promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care support, daily living assistance and light housekeeping.

Flexible scheduling with days, evenings, weekends, and overnights available; compensation $15.00–$17.00 per hour; must have reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home care experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
