Job summary

HomeWell Care Services IL329 in Chicago is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team, providing non-medical in-home support to seniors who want to age in place. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering companionship, personal assistance, and light household tasks to improve daily living.

We offer starting pay of $20–$23 per hour, flexible schedules, and benefits such as health insurance, training, and a 401K plan. A rewarding role that values dignity, respect, and reliability.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state requirements).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
• Deliver care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
