Job summary

Cheer Home Care is hiring caregivers in San Diego North County, Carlsbad. You will deliver compassionate non-medical home care, including companionship, personal care, homemaking and transportation for seniors and disabled adults.

Shifts cover 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $23 and four hours of overtime pay included. Training and ongoing support are provided along with benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-medical home care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide companionship, personal care, homemaking and transportation.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone with internet access are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to elderly and disabled clients.
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep and transportation.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Monitor well‑being and communicate with the team as needed.
