Right at Home West LA is seeking caring companions to support elderly clients in West Los Angeles. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, with daytime, overnight, or weekend shifts, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in daily life.

We provide paid training, a supportive office team, direct deposit, and a robust bonus program. Competitive pay ranges from $18.50 to $21 per hour depending on experience and driving ability.

Qualifications

• Must have Home Care Aide license as registered by the California Department of Social Services (Register here)
• TB test (negative) within last 2 years if working for another agency or 90 days if new license
• CPR certification (required by clients)
• 6 months of elderly or adult disabled caregiving experience
• Driver's license and own registered/insured car (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to an elderly client
• Help with meals and light household activities
• Assist with walks and mobility
• Keep the home tidy and safe for the client
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate other commitments
