Job summary

Right at Home- Westside is hiring for caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Los Angeles area. You will provide compassionate personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and mobility support in clients’ homes. Join a nationally recognized home care provider with a local presence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Home Care Aide registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to appointments and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and conversation.
