Job summary

Senior Helpers of North Seattle is seeking experienced caregivers to support seniors at home, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable. You’ll provide basic daily living assistance, companionship, and reliable home care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

We value patient, dependable team players with strong communication skills. Certifications such as HCA/CNA are preferred, and a background check is required; valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and patient with a compassionate mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• HCA or CNA certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Performing household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
• Supporting mobility and creating a safe home environment.
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments, shopping, and outings.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior.
• Communicating with the care team and documenting care tasks.
