Job summary
Pacific Senior Care is seeking skilled caregivers, with training available for new caregivers, to fill roles across Ventura County and surrounding areas in California. We offer flexible hours, a competitive base pay, and opportunities for career growth.
The position supports seniors with a range of care needs, from daily living activities to transportation. We provide hands-on training, 24/7 caregiver support, and a robust rewards program to acknowledge outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Home Care Aide Registered (or willing to register).
- A Live Scan is required.
- A Recent TB test (within the last 3 months).
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Valid Car Registration and Insurance are required.
- Three Hours of Paid Training provided.
Responsibilities
- Incontinent Care.
- Medication reminders.
- Light housekeeping.
- Mobility and transfer assistance.
- Companionship.
- Alzheimer's and dementia care.
- Personal care management.
- Hospice care.
- Transportation to run errands.
- Proper documentation of visits.
