Senior Helpers Thousand Oaks is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support in the Ventura area (Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula). You will assist with daily activities, offer friendship, and deliver respectful care tailored to each client.

We provide flexible hours, competitive pay ($18.50–$25.00 hourly), direct deposit, and ongoing training. All candidates must pass a comprehensive background screening in compliance with state regulations and company policy.

Qualifications

• Background screening including fingerprinting and state home care aide registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and supervision to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Build trusting relationships and communicate effectively with clients and families.
