Job summary

ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC) is looking for Personal Care Aides to help clients remain independent in their own homes with compassionate, individualized care. You will assist with daily activities and personal care, support mobility, and handle routine household tasks.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, training and development, and benefits such as travel time reimbursement and paid time off. Prior care experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license helps with client visits.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
• Prior experience in personal care or home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
