Right at Home is hiring caregivers and CNAs to provide in‑home care for seniors in the Menomonee Falls area. You will be trained and supported by a teamwork‑oriented office that values compassion, reliability and client‑centered care.

We offer flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement and the chance to make a real difference in your community. Prior caregiving experience and CNA/CBRF credentials are preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automobile insurance preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Home care experience, CBRF certification and CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities to aid with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transferring and mobility within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as instructed.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well‑being.
• Follow care plans and document observations.
