Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CNA certification preferred, and strong communication and empathetic skills. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are offered, with competitive wages for part-time and full-time coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating assistance).
• Conduct mobility and transfer support and daily activities.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and maintain safety.
• Promote independence and dignity for residents.
• Maintain clean and organized resident areas.
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Report changes to supervisor or care coordinator.
