Qualifications

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state) and a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position and subject to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and basic daily living assistance.
• Assist with dressing, mobility, and personal care as needed.
• Support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing at home.
