Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse’s Aide to assist residents with daily living activities and promote dignity and safety. You will work with care teams to support independence and well-being in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include aiding with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and mobility; engaging residents in meaningful activities while ensuring a respectful setting. Prior CNA preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer service-oriented with residents and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a senior living setting.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bath, dress, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.
