Job summary

Reliable Caregivers in Garfield Heights, OH is seeking nurturing, dependable individuals to join our team. You must be 18+, have a valid driver license and vehicle, and be able to work a variety of shifts—from 1 hour to live-in 24-hour coverage.

Caregivers provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care to help seniors maintain independence. You will need English proficiency, two references, a TB test, and the ability to pass a background check. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting or similar experience
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Two references required
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
• Deliver more personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing as needed
• Support seniors to maintain independence on a daily basis
• Adapt to a variety of shifts including live-in, weekends, nights, or mornings
