Elara Caring in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support clients at home, improving daily life with dignity. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship in a respectful home setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with weekly hours and daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED and six months of caregiving experience are preferred. Lifting up to 50 pounds and reliable transportation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least six months of caregiving experience required (professional or personal)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
