Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing).
• Help with meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Run essential errands and assist with medications self-administration.
• Observe changes in client condition and report them.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
