Job summary

Synergy Senior Management in Michigan is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team. The role provides personal care, supports daily living activities, and requires a can-do attitude and friendly demeanor.

You will assist with hygiene, medications, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transport. Valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience in in-home care preferred. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience as a caregiver.
• 1 year of healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or post-surgical clients.
• Help clients take prescribed medications and with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around the home and to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises when needed.
• Do shopping or accompany clients to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Support daily living activities and meals as required.
