Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Fredericksburg, TX is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to support residents across assisted living, nursing, and home settings. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, administer medications, provide companionship, and apply dementia care techniques.

This full-time role runs 5:45am-2:15pm with a pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour. Candidates should have prior senior-care experience; CPR/First Aid is desirable; a patient, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care settings.
• Knowledge of dementia care beneficial.
• CPR/First Aid certification desirable.
• Ability to work across shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and document in EMR system.
• Administer medications per prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to residents.
• Support memory care and behavior management strategies for residents with dementia.
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping duties.
• Document care activities accurately and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Assist residents with outings or transportation when qualified.
