Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll help participants with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities, building relationships and promoting independence.

You’ll work with a mission-driven team, receive a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for development.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• .Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who have developmental goals and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and social integration.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and supervisors.
