You will document progress, collaborate with families and colleagues, and participate in ongoing training to ensure safe, respectful, and person-centered support. The role requires empathy, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others.
• Experience in a direct support or caregiving role is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
