Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical requirements: able to lift 30 lbs regularly; lift 70 lbs; pull 50 lbs; squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb; CPR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Community Life for the person supported.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
