Home Instead in Phoenixville, PA is urgently hiring caregivers to support clients in Montgomery County. You will drive to client homes in the greater Philadelphia area, with a valid license and dependable vehicle required.

Roles offer training, benefits eligibility, and a pathway to ongoing learning. As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships through companionship and compassionate care, handle meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care tasks, with 24/7 team support and a user-friendly app

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing; bilingual/multilingual encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, incontinence management
• Receive 24/7 support from a dedicated team
• Use our mobile app for real-time client updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking
