Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln III, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Lincoln, NE. This full-time role requires every other weekend and holiday availability, with training provided.

You will assist residents with daily living, promote independence, monitor well-being, and build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Availability for every other weekend and holidays.
• Strong communication, patience, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to stay active and involved in daily routines.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience and respect.
