Elara Caring is seeking a caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Boley, OK. The role pays starting at $13.50 per hour with daily pay options and urgent hiring status. You’ll provide essential in-home support, including hygiene assistance, mobility help, meals, and companionship.

The position emphasizes respectful patient care, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for each client.
